Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping:
All online orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
We ship standard UPS Ground service which requires about 3-5 business to arrive at its destination.  Expedited shipping service is available upon request for an additional charge.

Return Policy:

At Kiss The Cook we take pride in the quality of the products we sell and we try and work with companies who stand by their products and their brand as well.
Any product that has not been used can be returned, with a receipt for a full refund within 365 days of purchase.
IF YOU DON'T have your receipt you can return any product that has not been used for a store credit.  Credit will be for the product's current price.

Damaged or Defective Products:
We handle damaged or defective products on a case-by-case basis.
Many of the manufacturers we work with stand by their products and offer warranties and guarantees  that are the best in the industry.  In these cases returns and exchanges can be made directly through the manufacturers.  This allows them to not only help customers, but to understand what went wrong in order to continue to improve the quality of their products.
If a manufacturer does not have a policy like this, or you are not pleased with the result, please contact use and we we'll work on finding the best possible solution.

Our return policy does not cover misuse or mistreatment of product, or normal long-term wear.
